Malaika Chowdhury, the younger sister of famous small screen actress Mehzabeen Chowdhury, is stepping into the acting world through the play ‘Sandhikshn’.

Written and directed by Muhammad Mustafa Kamal Raj, he acted in this play with Farhan Ahmed Jovan. Filming for the project began on Thursday, October 17, and excitement is high as the story is based on an idea by Mehjabeen Chowdhury himself.

Expressing her joy, Malaika said, “It’s great to be on set. I’m thrilled to be working on a project with my sister’s creativity and Raj Bhai’s guidance. Jovan Bhai is incredibly supportive, and I’m looking forward to it.”

The drama’s director Raj insisted that Malaika Chowdhury earned her role through merit. “We needed a new face for the role, and Malaika immediately came to mind. She has natural talent and a strong focus on her work. “I am sure she will impress the crowd.”

This is certainly not the first time the cameras are rolling on Malaika. Earlier this year, she featured in a TVC for ‘Himalaya Natural Glow Rose Facewash’ produced by Adnan Al Rajeev. On the other hand, Mueller flauntingly rejoiced over her sibling’s achievement and stated, “Malaika Chowdhury, you stepped into this world of advertising. Well done.”

With the help from her family and the entertainment industry, this time around, Malaika hopes to emulate her sister and carve a niche for herself in the showbiz.
